| Not happy the repair on the air only lasted 3 days, I put my own in, it has been over 2 1/2 weeks and it is still going strong, they charged me $79. I fixed it for $45. |

| All 4 of our vehicles that came out of your shop after repair broke down!!! You have not honored your warranty?s !!! Completely dissatisfied with your shop and Juan has no care what so ever!!! Especially I told him how important it is nothing happens as I transport my grandchildren!!! Never again will we have a new repair done in your shop! Ever!! We bring are vehicles in for repair and leave with damage from your repair!! And the repair not done correctly or not at all done!! I had no steering from your false repair!! I will never recommend your shop again and I did inform AAA of my horrible service as 1 vehicle was towed... then it broke from no repair.. when I called Juan... no regard he was leaving for the day!!! Unbelievable!! I had it towed again!! That should have been your responsibility has you didn?t do the repair it was in for!! I always spoke highly of your shop! Not anymore!!! Your dishonesty and compliance of our warranty?s is enough for me!!! Not sure how you people sleep at night!! |
